My methods are holistic and will in no way interfere with the advice given to you by your medical health care team. I work with you to create the right program for you and your own situation. Virtual fertility coaching is available too, if this is best for you.

How can I help you?

As a professionally trained fertility doula, I’m aware of how difficult this time can be for you. My own experience with fertility challenges helped foster my compassion, understanding and respect for families trying to conceive.

Both singles and couples who are trying to conceive and may need to use artificial insemination, IVF, or a sperm donor, egg donor, or surrogate are well aware of the vast amounts of foreign terminology and new information to learn in order to keep up with the details your doctor is giving you.  Sometimes you only get a few minutes per visit to talk with your doctor about the various options and next step. Sometimes you just feel like a number in the waiting room. Whether you are doing this alone or with a partner, this time can feel isolating, alone, frustrating and daunting.

Enter the Fertility Doula.

My role is simple. I’ll review your medical background. We’ll discuss your personal life and how you live on a day to day basis. You can confide in me all the fears, grief and anxiety you might be experiencing. We’ll come up with ways together to make suitable lifestyle changes to get your body prepared for conception. I’ll work with you as long you need me to.

Fertility Specialist Doula

Giving a helping hand

As your fertility Doula I am on this path with you for the whole journey. My packages include support to private appointments, counselling, meal planning, health and fitness goal setting; meditation and relaxation sessions, and miscarriage support.  Unbiased, non-judgmental, fully accepting of you support.

Hourly sessions 

I am supporting you in-home, virtually, or via telephone. Can be used however you like, including research and accompanying you to medical appointments.

Monthly Support 

This includes two sessions in-home or virtual support, plus on-call support via text or phone. Accompany to appointments and connections with other local to you professionals.
